Our company was founded on the idea of helping those in need. Ever since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest.

Our team is made up entirely of volunteers. We advocate for those who need our help. Even a little help goes a long way.

Our Mission

The mission of CAFOW is to contribute in the promotion of psycho social economic and health development of the woman and the girl child.

On the premise of this mission CAFOW set as its objectives:

To guarantee the reproductive health practices among women and the girl child;
To encourage regular check-ups including screening for cancer and HIV/AIDS;
To fight against early and unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS;
To promote the economic empowerment of the woman through Common Initiative Group (CIG);
To carry out advocacy campaigns with other NGOs/Associations and Faith-Based Organisation interested in the wellbeing of the woman and the girl child;
To promote the education of the girl child in the rural areas;
To promote and encourage adult literacy for women in particular and the elderly in rural areas in general;
To educate and care for the aging;
To participate in research programs on women’s health and socio-economic welfare.
